Grief has changed everything for me

After a miscarriage in 2021, I walked away from a glittering 14 year global corporate career — as global Head of Marketing for Formula 1. My grief making me see that the life I was living wasn’t the life I truly wanted.

Two years later, our beautiful daughter Ngākau Raiona (lioness heart) died 21 weeks into pregnancy. I made a promise of presence to be by her side in her final days — which changed everything I understand about love, grief and transformation. Plus the depths of resilience that we hold as humans, and the beauty that can come through our presence with the painful.

Always continuing my own growth and development, here are a few of my credentials:
