I’m Tanya

I am a Conscious Connection Coach. We humans are hard wired for connection and I’m passionate about helping you to realise a life where you can prioritise the connections and activities that bring you deep joy, purpose and fulfilment.
In 2021, I was out walking by a lake and I felt a powerful ping from my intuition… It was telling me to hand my notice in to leave my successful and comfortable leadership career as one of the Heads of Marketing at one of the biggest globally broadcast sports.
So loud, I couldn’t ignore it. It was unthinkable, whilst at the same time not the biggest surprise to me. In reality, I was giving my career the very best of me; sidelining my passions, values, spirituality and everything that brought me joy.
As a result, I was deeply disconnected, ungrounded, anxious, lacking in boundaries, and constantly pushing myself to burnout.

I knew deep down that my career and lifestyle as a result was not fulfilling my purpose or potential. I just didn’t know what I was looking for…

I found my authentic path by Re:Connecting back into nature, community, and all that brings me joy. In doing so, I felt every cell reconnect to a creative source of potential that was switched off in childhood.

Finding my joy is not a tale of toxic self positivity or chasing happiness… I discovered that joy doesn’t need a smile to exist, and can be felt in darkness as in light. Through purposefully choosing joy every day, I felt calmness and clarity in times of grief, sadness, stress and anxiety.

This membership has been created with the intention to support people in finding deeper joy, purpose, meaning, fulfilment and flow in life. This membership has been created to be open and inclusive, no matter whether you are at the start of this journey or a little further along the path.
Great! We’re excited to welcome you in! When you sign up, you will receive a welcome email including your login details and link for the member hub. Your member hub access starts immediately, so you can dive right in to the JOY RE:VISION content.
Once you’re signed in, the Welcome area is a great place to start and includes all of the information that you need, plus upcoming workshop dates for your diary and their Zoom access details.
Once you have breezed through all of the Welcome information, I would recommend that you start with JOY RE:VISION IN SEVEN - my 7 day course that gives you the fundamentals of finding your authentic joy. Then you can dip into any of the other live workshop replays, VOD content, workbook downloads and guided meditations at your own pace.
You sure can and we would love to see you there! We’ve chosen the time of 7pm UK time for most of our workshops, and hopefully it works for your timezone and schedule. If, however you can’t make the timing work then don’t worry as you will be able to catch up on the replay.
Absolutely! This membership is self paced.
The VOD content has been purposefully created as short lessons that you can fit into any busy schedule.
While the workshops are longer, you don’t have to attend live and can catch up in your own time. Or pop in and catch as much of the live session as you can - it’s always lovely to see your faces, even if just briefly!
We ask that you don’t share your login details and keep them private to you only. As a small business owner, we are grateful for any referrals so that your friends, family and colleagues can sign up and join us on this JOY RE:VISION journey.
We currently have one option, that we feel offers you the most flexibility - as well as excellent value for everyone joining our membership.
Pay £22 per month, which is billed at the start of the month and a rolling monthly plan. You can cancel anytime, with your membership ceasing at the end of your current month’s subscription.
No refunds are given. So please think carefully about whether this membership is right for you before you sign up, as if you change your mind there are no exceptions on refunds.
If you cancel your membership, your membership will cease at the end of your current month’s subscription.
