Create space to listen to your heart and grief

Grief asks us to slow down, to listen deeply and to meet ourselves exactly where we are.

But this can be difficult in this fast paced world where “business as usual” can take over. Leaving us feeling numb or stuck in the mud of our grief - unable to see a forwards path.

In this free grief journaling workshop, we come together as a group to practice presence with our grief, hold ourselves in grace and compassion, and discover the quiet insights from within that can help us to grow through our grief.

Each session blends guided journaling self reflection and a gentle sharing circle at the end (for those who wish to share). Journaling is scientifically proven to therapeutically support you in processing loss and grief.

No journaling experience is needed, and there is no pressure for you to speak or have your camera on unless you wish to. You are welcome to join us exactly as you are.

Can’t make it live? The self reflection journaling part of the session will be recorded and sent via email afterwards, with the sharing circle parts not recorded.

Join my free NOTES TO MY HEART workshop and receive:

Meet Tanya - your Grief Coach

“Grief has catalysed the biggest shifts in my life. Now, I help people to turn life’s tender endings into opportunities for transformation and growth.”

I’m Tanya, bereaved mother to our darling daughter Ngākau Raiona (lioness heart). I discovered that being present with her death and my grief did not make my heartbreak worse. Instead, it revealed the truth of the depth of feelings that I can hold. The beauty in the impermanence of everything. How joy and heartbreak can co-exist. Opening my heart up to more life, love and meaning - and presence, no matter what.

Now an AC Certified Grief, Life & Leadership Coach, who helps heart led people to navigate life’s defining moments. Including death and endings we didn’t choose, the transitions we didn’t see coming, the grief that we carry with us for life, and the quiet longing for something more.
